altBELLARY, APRIL 13:  Christians belonging to various denominations held an ecumenical procession on the occasion of the Palm Sunday, here in Bellary today.

The well attended procession was held under the auspices of the United Christian Forum, Bellary.

It was led by Bishop of Bellary and President of United Christian Forum Bishop Henry D’Souza.

The procession began from St. Anthony’s Cathedral, Cowl Bazaar at 6.00 p.m.  and ended at Bellary Arogya Mathe Shrine at about 8 pm. Hundreds of Christians from various denominations participated.

Christians with all affiliations with grace-filled hearts, sang the praises thanking God for the gift of salvation to humankind and participated enthusiastically.
