Christian Leaders visit Road accident Victims at Hospitals.

Sept 7, 2024, Raichur: (Fr.Nelson Menezes, PRO) Bishop Henry D’Souza along with priests, sisters visited today 27 injured school students at Hospitals in Raichur. The Bishop and leaders personally met each of the injured children and offering them consolation and comforting them and wishing them speedy recovery. Two students died and over 30 were injured, some very badly. Due to the road accident, Loyola school bus was hit by State Road Transport bus on 05 th Sept. 2024.

‘’The entire community and the education institutions are devastated and shocked at the tragic accident, involving so many innocent and poor school children “ said Bishop D’Souza.

In this hour of unimaginable grief, Bishop Henry D' Souza's empathetic gesture has brought solace and comfort to the shattered community.

The whole community offers profound condolences to the bereaved families and assures prayers and support in this hour of pain and suffering.
